Superintendent's Message

Jean Stachowiak

To the Members of the North Palos District 117 Learning Community:

As fall gives way to winter and the last of the leaves begin their downward trajectory, we are reminded of the changes (seasonal and otherwise) taking place around us.

We are also reminded of all the things for which we are thankful. We are thankful for Thanksgiving, a time of year when we get together with friends and loved ones and give thanks for all the great things in our lives.

We are thankful to live in the greatest country in the world where we enjoy a democratic process that allows our citizens the right to vote for whomever they choose.

And on a more local level, we are thankful to be part of an educational community that works together to ensure all of our students have the opportunity to flourish academically, socially, emotionally and physically.

Happy holidays to all our North Palos District 117 Families!

Yours in Education,

 Jeannie Stachowiak, Ed.D.
