MEETING
Our next PTA meeting will be on Tuesday, December 8th at 6:30 p.m. It will take place in the district board room.

PIZZA NIGHT
Thank you to everyone who has participated in the last two pizza night's at Zacarelli's. If you want a night off from cooking and want to help out our school, our next pizza night will be on Wednesday, November 18th. Remember, for every pizza purchased, you help raise funds for our PTA.

MARKET DAY
Thank you for your Market Day orders last month... we earned a profit of $159 for November! The November order sheets will be arriving home in backpacks soon... you might want to think about what you'll be serving for your Holiday Dinner when you review your form this month!

Forms are due back at school by 11/24; internet orders (www.marketday.com) by 11/27
Payment due at pickup (please do not send payment with order forms) - Cash, Check or Link Card.

BONUS INCENTIVE: Market Day offered us an additional1% profit bonus last month if we had a 10% sale increase compared to our November 2008 sale. Our Sales Goal was $1167.38... and I'm proud to say that we BEAT our goal!

If you have any questions, or would like to volunteer to help on the sale date, please feel free to contact Tammy Tsiones, the Quin PTA Market Day Chairperson, at 708-369-3905. If you cannot make the sale date, you can also purchase many of the Market Day items at the Sara Lee Store in Oak Lawn - and still earn bonus dollars for our school.

HOLIDAY GIFT SHOP
We will be hosting a holiday gift shop from December 8th through 10th. The students will be able to purchase gifts for family and friends at a kid friendly price. More information will be sent home as it gets closer, including the day and time that your child's class will shop.

PTA HAPPENINGS
The PTA will be hosting Carole Peterson in concert on Tuesday, November 24th. There will be a 10:00 show and a 1:00 show. She has been to Quin before, and the students enjoy her music.
