Degrees and Certifications:
Master of Science in Education--Special Education (Purdue 2019) Learning & Behavior Specialist I (St. Francis 2016) Bachelor of Arts in History (Michigan State 2011)
This is my third year working as a Learning & Behavior Specialist at Conrady Junior High School. I will be co-teaching 8th grade Social Studies this school year with Mr. Anderson and 8th grade Science with Mrs. Gould.
This is my 9th year working in Special Education. I have worked in the self-contained, instructional, and collaborative settings at both the middle school and high school levels. I've co-taught nearly every subject at the middle school level, but history is where it's at!
In my free time I enjoy reading history and biographies, churning through a book a week. I've also been playing piano for 23 years (since 3rd grade!) and am currently working through Mozart's piano sonatas. On the weekends, I play golf . . . I try to play golf . . . I swing the club at the ball. At least the ball goes forward!!!
