    I received a bachelor's degree in communication disorders from St. Xavier University and a master's degree from University of Illinois. I've been in the district  since 1993.     I  received my bachelor degree from Governors State University and my masters degree from St. Xavier University.  I started working at Oak Ridge School in 2012, and prior to that I worked at the San Diego Unified School District.  I have experience working with students who have articulation disorders, apraxia of speech,language disorders, stuttering, auditory processing, social pragmatic disorders, and moderate to severe special needs.  I have have a strong interest in working with children with autism spectrum disorder, and utilizing technology to promote communication!  You can reach me by email at [email protected]

    I have worked since 1993. I received my bachelors degree from Illinois State University and masters Degree from Governors State University.  I have experience working with children with a variety of communication disorders including, articulation disorders, stuttering, language disorders, apraxia of speech, auditory processing, voice, and augmentative communication.  I have a strong interest in prompting carryover of learned speech and language in the classroom setting.     I attended St. Xavier University and earned a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, as well as Communication Disorders. I continued my education at Marquette University where I completed my Master's in Communication Disorders. My career began in 1981, and in 1986, I transferred to District 117.
