• Oak Ridge is continuing their PBIS Program (Positive Behavior Intervention Strategies). Students are rewarded school-wide for their good behavior with Mustang Money.  They can turn these tickets in for rewards both in our classroom and at special school-wide activities. The four school and classroom expectations are:
    Be Safe
    Be Caring
    Be Respectful
    Be Here and Ready

We will be using the website classdojo.com to monitor student behavior throughout the school year. Students will receive dojo points for following expectations in class, and lose points for areas that need improvement.  Parents will receive a behavior report twice a quarter. If a student is having consistent difficulties in certain areas, reports will be given out as needed.

    Possible positive incentives:

    • Mustang money

    • Computer time

    • Pencil

    • Bookmark

    Consequences:

If a student ends the week with a negative dojo total, he or she will get an incident write-up towards a walking ticket.
