• Coach Katsenis
Hello! My name is Christina Katsenis and this is my 9th year teaching here at Conrady Junior High School. This is my third year coaching cross country, however, I have been coaching track and field here at Conrady for the past eight years. Physical activity has been a lifelong passion of mine through my years as an athlete. I ran cross country and track & field at Stagg Highschool and have been a competitive runner my entire life. I ran the Chicago Marathon in 2008, the Chicago Half Marathon in 2010, and continue to stay active on a daily basis. My mission as a cross country coach, is to introduce runners to a variety of exercises and training techniques that will encourage them to improve throughout the season. Additionally, I strongly believe that is important to emphasize the value of daily activity, teamwork, sportsmanship, and cooperation throughout this season. Go Jaguars!!! I am looking forward to the 2019 running season!  If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me at ckatsenis@npd117.net

    Coach Winchell
This is my 13th year teaching Social Studies to 7th graders at Conrady.  This is my 10th year coaching cross country and my biggest goal for my runners is to have each and every one of them feel a sense of accomplishment at the end of a race.  I have been on cross country and track teams since middle school and wish to instill in my runners the same sense of love for running that my coaches have given to me.  I have also run in the Warrior Dash and Mud Run in Illinois and run any free chance I get.  I have been happy with where cross country has gone in the last few years and truly wish that sometime soon, we can bring home a 1st place trophy from conference!  I am looking forward to the 2019 running season!  If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me at 708-233-4540 or at awinchell@npd117.net
