*Breakfast and lunch will be served

*PHYSICALS and IMMUNIZATION records must be turned in for Preschool, Kindergarten, New First Grade Students, and Sixth Grade Students prior to the first day of school. Students who do not have this complete and turned in WILL NOT be able to attend on the first day of school.

*DENTAL exams are needed for Kindergarten, New First Grade Students, and Sixth Grade Students!

*PHYSICALS and IMMUNIZATION records are required prior to the first day of school. Studens with incomplete or missing immunizaitons and physicals WILL NOT attend on the first day of school.

The state of Illinois also requires DENTAL exams to be turned in for all Kindergarten students.
