One thing that I really like about working for North Palos117 is the staff everyone here is so welcoming and supportive we help each other everyone shares ideas we really foster that culture of collaboration One thing that I really love about working at Glen Oaks and in North Palos District 117 is a collaboration between teachers especially for the EL population we really support students and progressing in the English language my favorite thing about NPD117 is definitely the collaboration there is so many amazing people that work here and you get to form not only great partnerships but friendships throughout your time here you're always part of a team and there's always someone to turn to if you have any questions I decided to work for the district 12 years ago when my kids were still attending Conrady Junior High because I love what the school stood for I love how much how my kids were getting at school so I started as a professional and I transition into working in the office which I absolutely love and the reason why I love it so much is all the people that I get to work with every day it's an award-winning district and I really appreciate the structure that the district has I feel like they are a very well-oiled machine and they put the students first my favorite part about North Palos is the diversity of our student we have students come to us from any different parts of the they share their traditions and cultures with their peers and teachers it's really wonderful to learn about all the different places our students come from so you just heard from our incredible staff and students who make 117 a great place to be and one of the best they talked about our diversity our high-performing award-winning schools and our supported in collaborative team and we would love for you to come and be a part of that team our district 117 team so what are you waiting for come join us
