North Palos School District 117 offers English Learners two types of services: Transitional Program of Instruction (TPI) and Transitional Bilingual Education Program (TBE). Both programs provide support to ensure language development and acquisition through various service models:

Student placement considers a student's ACCESS and WIDA Scores, grade-level academic performance, and a student's Individualized Education Plan (if applicable).
