Bilingual Parent Advisory Committee

The Bilingual Parent Advisory Committee (BPAC) is for parents who have a child in either of North Palos School District 117's Transitional Bilingual Education (TBE) or Transitional Program of Instruction (TPI). Schools with State Mandated Transitional Bilingual programs are required to establish a Bilingual Parent Advisory Committee (BPAC).
 
Mission:
The mission of the Bilingual Parent Advisory Committee is for parents and school district staff to work together to meet the needs of our multilingual students and their families.
 
Goals:
  • To engage families in the educational process 
  • To provide quality programs for families
  • To build community within the program
